I have a 50gl container filled with clean and dry Marshall Island Live Rock (approximately 80 lbs+)
This rock is really hard to come by since the ban of live rock from the region. I remember paying $10lb for it plus shipping.

Price: $100
Location: 91326 (Porter Ranch). Pick up only.
Photos coming soon as the rain stops.

80lbs of dry rock nice hahaha
I wouldn't knock it. That's one million times better than any dry rock you'll buy elsewhere. I have Marshall Islands and Fiji dry rock in my tank with some TBS rock and it purpled over in no time + my nems have been happy to settle on them without much movement (great structure for foot placement) and the rocks seem strangely resistant to nuisance algae--except Valonia which seems to go wherever the hell it pleases. Ah, the rock is also super light and super porous. Caribsea LifeRock, after 2 years in my nano, could be broken apart and was completely white and dry on the inside--now that's a waste of $$.
