So i got this figured out and was sent a new battery.
works as advertised at killings things.
im selling due to its too hard to use on my system. my tanks are 30" deep and 48" square so its way more time consuming than Kalk.
Im going back to using Kalk as my water volume is 1000 gals and wont truly be affected by using the faster chemical way.
I will say that they do an amazing job with packaging. a bit over kill once you see how big the actual unit is, that's what she said
