No chiller here either, AC at 77 and fan blowing across the sump kept the tank at 78

I'm happy I have a chiller this time around. It makes my life so much more stress free.

On my old 90 I ran a 400 watt mh and in the summer I had four big fans on it trying to keep it at 80. My wife hated those fans with a passion. This was one of the reasons I got out of the hobby 10 years ago. That and a calcium reactor disaster and my electric bill.

no a/c, and fans blowing across tank hit 83 and got emailed by my RKL and lights automatically shut off. I might need to add a chiller to my 55g.
