so I figured out the best way to set you house on fire during a water change. first you mix your new salt water in a trash can in the garage. next you add you mixing pump, and of course your 300w heater. Oh and be use to set the mixing trash can right next to gas cans and boxes in your garage too, that part is important. next suck out said water to be changed and set up the pump connected to a long hose to pump new water from garage to tank in the house. Be sure and stay in the house to make sure the tank is filling with new water and everything is going smooth. then the last part is to forget to remove the 300w heater that is still plugged in and now sitting in a empty plastic trash can. works like a champ every time....:a33:

just kidding.... that is not my house thank god. however I did do exactly as I said and walked out into the garage to see a thick column of dark smoke coming out of the trash can that was next to the gas cans. the heater was starting on fire due to being out of the water. I was lucky to catch it in time. here is the heater.
