How ugly is the banner?

I know my banner scares lots of people away from this site. On a scale of 1-4, 4 being the ugliest, rate my banner

hahahhaha...man I had to get the original banner off with a quickness, so I whooped up that powder blue chillen on beach in 10 mins
I figure since we are SO CAL, and known for our beaches, I would use a beach background. Then it didnt look anything related to reefing, so I threw that little bad boy powder blue on there.

Heres what you need, a picture of that great white shark jumping out of the water doing a whip from the show Planet Earth, just photo shop it into the picture you got now, it'll look nice and clean

Im pretty sure he means the old one. The new one is awesome. But I did tell Gal if he could do some minor modification to it. Other then that, we have a definite keeper

Find some hills that are green and a sky that is blue for the banner and you won't have to change the entire site.. kind of reminds me of the wildfires a couple years back..

LOL, yah, it does look like the fires. The actual pic has a beautiful sky above that yellow and orange. I'll see if I can find a new one with a nice bright blue sky with some green.

But the banner looks a lot better than it does on here, for some reason when Mike uploaded my file it is losing resolution.

The pix format had to be in gif for it to show up. I need to mess with the codes so that I can set the pix as jpeg. That will definitely make the image alot clearer and smooth.
