I GIVE UP! The link on my controller is still sayin ""apex fusion: down" it won't even let me get the token to link it to my fusion account. I have emailed support and ensured Dchp is on and everything else and I still can't get it to work.

After making any adjustments you need to restart your apex so that the changes are made.

Make sure your LAN line is connected properly maybe connect it to a laptop to make sure it is receiving a signal.

I've tried everything, I'm supposed to talk to someone over the phone from Neptune tomorrow. I'm starting to wonder if I got a faulty unit because my screen was in test mode when I recieved it and the tech support guy said it shouldn't have arrived like that.

Keep us posted Jacob. Good Luck. Once you have it up and running fusion will be pretty easy.
