Its names 'flathead' anemone at the fish store. I tried googling under that name, but nothing pulled up so I am guessing it has more of a technical name. I am trying to find out more about it such as care and placement in the tank. Thanks in advance if anyone can offer any information.

my cousin had one for a while... it was very bright and nice... never moved... when i threw it in my tank, it crawled into the overflow box and died forever...

Wel then.. I took a chance and lost. I recently got a Hawaiian Spotted Puffer a few days ago. Hasnt touched anything until tonight. I caught him taking a bit out of the anemones foot. Didnt seem to faze the anemone but I may have to catch the puffer and get some store credit lol!

Thanks! Yeah they have seen it and they just stare at it and get close, but right above the nem is my orange spotted rabbits hiding spot. So, when he goes in it the clowns back off. I will see about blocking that hole (he can still access the cave from the right back side of the rock work) and see if the clown will host eventually. I cant wait till the halides turn on and this nem should open up all the way.

If the clowns have never had a nem, it may take a few days for them to get used to it. Just a matter of time......
