No clue what your trying to say and I'm really afraid to ask for pics.
So here's my dealing with people that say they tested there water and every thing is ok. Either everything is not or they don't own a single text kit. Prove me wrong.

So if u really need help I would like to know!
A. what type of nem?
B. what's your alk?
C. Tank temp
D. pH and pH swings though out the day?
E. most important how long has your tank been for?

Ok we'll u have basic test kit. Do u have alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, phosphates test kits.

Now ammonia is deadly to anemones. What kind of filtration do u have on your tank? How much live rock? Skimmer?

Also what is your pH swing. Meaning the highs and lows of pH levels. If u think your pH is 8.2 constantly your kidding your self. My pH swing is from 8.16 to 8.34 depending on times of the day and temp of the house. Also it might be a really good idea to raise your water temp to 78 degrees. It's harder for nems to process food at lower temps. But if its a sebae anemone I recommend u bring your temp up to 80 degrees. Every thing I've read on seabes state that they process there food best at 80.

sump with carbon sock, skimmer and bio balls one 250w heater and a 100w heater and about 70 punds of rock could be more. i got a uv filtrasion but i have not install you tink that would help. what would it be the best way to install

if anemoni does not get better would have to give it away so it does not die

Just go slow. Like a degree every few days or weeks. Corals r like tropic temps anyways. Most reefs range from 77 to 79 degrees
