They are OK but Mystic Reef and Fish Fantasy I find to have better prices and choices. IMO nothing against them they have plenty of customers.

So far I've been to
Salties: (great fishes not much coral) small but very clean store and tanks. Healthy looking fish.
Fish Fantasy: bigger story, fair selection of both fish and coral. not as clean or fish as happy looking as salties IMO.
Mystic Reef: huge selection of Corals lots of frags very helpful and kind service person. Not many fish but went Saturday and they restock Mondays. tanks looked the dirtiest but corals looked happy and healthy.

Have also been to petco off of tyler: new setup but looked great (could be because it was new lol) also the one in Moreno valley bigger selection but did not look as clean fish did not seem as happy a little stressed. both were fish only no coral. staff was not as knowledgeable as other fish only stores.

Question. I have heard of Daryl's in the Brockton arcade twice now but I only see Elliot's pet store on google. I live down the street would like to visit them. Elliots was a mixed pet store. helpful staff but only saw freshwater fish.

The saltwater is in the back BEHIND the freshwater. You have to look for the sign.

I used to work at Daryl's in high school when they were next to the Krikorian Theater. It's gone downhill...the new owner has them closed Sundays.

I stopped by Elliot's the other night. I was not impressed by their fish. They had the most dead fish in tanks of all the places I have visited so far. Mostly they were in the tanks shared with the anemones.

OK A couple places.

Treasures- is way over priced

Fish Fantasy- Is Fair and sometimes have good assortment of corals The lady will also work with you on prices a little.

Elliots for pets- useto be a good place for fish about 2 years back but they have since gone down hill with the saltwater maint and alwys have dead fish.

Mistic Reef - Good place and even better prices ( If you know what the right price is ) I mean this by saying do your homework online prices and everything and they will give you a better deal. Jermy is a really good guy and alwys hooks me up. Mostly good on frags and some bigger pieces of corals. Fish selection is blah !!!

If you guys are local to Moreno Valley you can try

Wet Pets- Good little place if you don't need your stuff now !!! He can pick up stuff for you including fish at very good prices.

Pet world in Sanbernadino is Ok also, Fish selection is good and so is there coral selection. As far as there prices go they are a little high but not to bad.

I will have to check out Wet Pets. I did not realize they were right in my backyard :)

Treasures of the Sea - they know their stuff but I agree with everyone. Their prices are much higher than other stores.
Mystic Reef - Excellent frag selection. I usually deal with Jeremy, and sometimes you have to play haggle games with them.
Salties - This guy runs a tight ship! All tanks are pristine and fish are very fat every time I go there. He only has two or three tanks with corals but they are all beautiful and good size. He buys/sells used equipment too.
Global Aquatics - They are in Ontario, so quite a drive for me. This is a very large store. Freshwater, saltwater, corals, hardware, tanks, etc. The owner can sometimes be a bit grumpy (maybe he just does not like me?), but Robert can hook you up.
