I tried to go get dead rock and sand today, and both wholesalers I used to get it from Tideline and PAF no longer carry anything. So what I am looking for is something like a buna branch, Fiji rock, live or dead, about 100lbs. for a 180 gallon tank, in the Newport beach area. Also looking for Sugar fine grade 0 sand for the same tank, probably 50-100lbs.

I have a 5g bucket of previously live sand (I think it's still alive due to the hydrogen sulfide smell at the bottom). It's a bit larger than sugar grained, and has some pieces of coral and small bits of rock and shell mixed in. I used one full bucket to do my 135 to about 1.5" deep or so. It weighs about 60lbs or so, and is still saturated with water. I'm a bit far from you, but you can have it for $20 if you want to make the drive to Beaumont. LMK.

Sorry for not reposting, I found about 100 lbs., so now I am only looking for large individual pieces, at lease 1 foot x 1 foot
