It opens a new page to paypal, so if your phone cant open new pop ups, then it probably wont work.

Yes a simple printed letter sent to each store, followed by a phone call. Emails actually won't do much.

Each part of LA should have it's own monthly meeting place at one of the stores, especially in college area where most of the interest will come from:

Woodland hills/CSUN, Burbank, West LA/UCLA, Downtown/USC, Pasadena, Long Beach.
