Magenta LED?

Anyone run, or seen a magenta LED in action? Thinking about these http://www.ecoxotic.com/stunner-led-strips-24-watt.html for the magenta.

I think the color could look really cool with green acros. Am I wrong, or is this a bad idea?

Saw one on a BRS video. They were using it on the fuge in their clownfish harem tank. Think it was the latest installment. REALLY magentia in color. Would probably work really well over your macro algae, but not so sure about the look though...
