Hi fellow reefer, a family member is giving me his tank because he doesn't have time for it. He hasn't taken care of the tank for 4-5 months now just been topping it off . So I'm moving it back to my place, but I was wondering if is it better for me to try to keep it the way it is and maintain it. or is it BEST for me to start over. Please help, THANK YOU
