My Apex Display went out

I cycled the power to my apex and now my display won't light up. I've unplugged and replugged from the aquabus and even tried other AB outlets and it's still dead. I've deleted the module and added the module with the classic interface but still nothing. Anything else I can do? I submitted a ticket with Neptune but was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions. TIA

That happen to me and Neptune told me to update the firmware but I could not do it due to my computer or router. I sent it in to Neptune and they said the firmware upgrade fix it and sent it back.

Probably programming errors/conflicts from too much tinkering with it. It happened to me when I had too many modules. Sometimes they can IP into it & fix the code, mostly they need it sent back.

Thats why I had 2 displays and brains per tank. Too much automation is a bad thing.

I don't have a suggestion for repairing the display but I can tell you that I purchased a used Apex Jr from Vu without display and I don't feel inconvenienced using it that way. Best of luck.
