Backstory:

Had my clownfish pair for about 10 years. recently after waterchanges the female would go nuts and injured herself. 1st time sliced her side open, recovered. next time messed up her left eye (which she lost completely), then did something to her tail fin (recovered). Now 2 days ago she did something to her remaining eye and looks like it will be lost as it is literally hanging by a thread, making her blind.

her mate keeps trying to guide her back to their home, but she keeps ending up in the corner or riding the tank edges. No other fish in the system. I have also not been able to get her to eat. Is there anything I can do at this point, or is the humane thing to do end the suffering? How does one go about this if it's the best course of action? thanks
