After going about some things the wrong(cheap) way I ended up getting an Ich infection which took out all my fish except two pajama cardinals(who after HT arrived in the new tank last night. Due to an awesome trade for beer Brewing equipment. with a really cool member I have stepped Into a 100gal!!!!: pics are coming be patient! I started with a 10 gal cube in my room, to a 40 gallon hex in my living room(Now do not like hex unless its 150gal+). So I set up the 100 gallon and without the balls to drill I spent the money for a 300gph hang on overflow by, Eshoppss and so far working awesome One line running through filter pads over Bio balls an the other through a sock then over the Bio balls. then Into a wet sump through a filter pad three to four inches thick between sump walls then to the reservoir where I keep my charcoal and any other solid filtration media with three pumps. One pump is feeding from a bulkhead to an older but efficient Red Sea Protein skimmer that says up to 300 gallon which we all are always skeptical about on any product but for my 100 its seams to be running flawlessly, I have another pump running my GFO reactor drawing from a bulkhead at the bottom of the savior back in trough another bulkhead in the center or the desired water level in this 55 gallon sump. my return pump is also a non submersible and regulate it to around 250 Gph so that I'm rotating the tank 2.5 times an hour with a UV filter at 800Liters an hour in tank. So far Loving the start up and cycled and started populating although I will need 80-100 LBS more love rock. so here are the pics of where I am now 204.jpg 205.jpg 215.jpg 218.jpg 219.jpg 204.jpg 205.jpg 215.jpg 218.jpg 219.jpg
