Is it ok to put these in the recycle or trash bin? I've been piling these up in the garage cuz I'm unsure what to do with them? Is there a local disposal drop near fountain valley? Thanks!

Lowes will take them, even if they don't fit in the recycle bin in front. Just take them to customer service

So I went to Santa Ana Home Depot with a trunk full of tube and found out they don't take tubes (I told them I have 4' and 5' lengths). They only accept small screw type bulbs and similar. Called lowes from there and they also had the same policy. So I'm gonna have to drop them off at a recycle center tomm.

I worked at Lowes. They tell people over the phone that they dont accept them, because it costs them money to recycle them. But if you walk into customer service with the bulbs, they will take them
