Omar/ Fishpros/ Turbonut absolutely horrible

I ordered a tank from Omar aka Turbonut on here and from what I can tell DBA Fishpros. I ordered a tank in mid January from him, followed by 8 buckets of IO salt for one of my teachers at the SCMAS outing in mid Feb he stalled for about 6 weeks saying that he wanted to pickup someone else's tank from Leemar at the same time. About 2 weeks after that he called and said that Leemar made the tank wrong and that it would be another 2 weeks for them to re build it. At SW-CFM he told me that he had been fighting with his wife and that he was not able to bring it.... another excuse... at this point he said that he was going to bring all the stuff to me because of the problems... never does always some sort of excuse on why he could not come out. Marine Aquarium Expo rolls around and I ask him if he could bring my stuff there, he says he was not going but he would give Brock a call to see if he could bring it.... never get a call back about that and he goes dark till monday. then he says he can drop it off in two weeks on a sunday. The day before, on saturday I hear through chit chat on the boards that his truck and all my stuff was stolen. I was supposed to go out to his house tonight and pickup my refund for the tank and my teacher's salt and I get a message that he is still away on a trip. still awaiting refund...

never do anything with this guy.:evil:

yellow sorry about your bad experience..hopefully you and turbonut can work something out. I didnt realize he was a member on this board. Good luck to you both and hopefully you guys can come to a fair conclusion.

before this gets ugly every time i had stated to you that you could come pic the stuff up, cfm i told u if u wanted to follow me back that you could but you couldnt

I have attempted to get this stuff multiple times, including today.

correction u have attempted to get the stuff at events that i was not going too, not once had u tried to come out intil today, and i refuse to go round and round over the subject im done you'll have ur refund and thats it done dada

Seriously how hard would it be to just say Im going to take care of this matter first thing in the morning or be it the last thing I do before my head hits the pillow tonight. This is weak, if he is going to refund the money he should just do it and be done with whatever pain it is going to cause him. Clearly this isnt a normal customer dispute that can get bogged down and forgot about by its pursuer. Give the money back and get on with your lives already. This is all time wasted, that equals murder in the millionth degree. :fight:

PS: he sent me many texts today using so many curse words I was shocked. Then I had my dad call him because I am done with the guy he is the most un-professional person I know. He said if I was older he would kick my a$$ or have someone kick my a$$. he called me a loud mouth b1tch ect and said this thread is why I have not recieved my refund and that if I had not posted this I would have had it now I wil have to wait.

the tank was ordered 4-5 months ago so this has been going on for a while
