Powder Blue Tang Feeding Question

So my PBT swims all over and eats a lot of algae from the acyclic and the strips of Nori I put into the tank, but he won't eat Spectrum pellets. So what ideas do you guys have to make him eat the pellets?

I am not trying to replace the algae and Nori, I just want a more complete diet.
