Hey everyone. I just want your opinion on this. So I'm having Wi-Fi connection issues on my light they keep losing connections every two days or so. I've made sure its not my home connection because everything in my home is hardwire and I have roughly 5-6 devices connected to my Wi-Fi network and 3 of them is actually the lights and the wave pump. I contacted Age of Aquarium in long beach because that's where I purchase them and they told me to contact customer support. Of course the answer I get is "my network is the issue". Which I explain to him that it isn't because my home provider is 1Gigabit connection and I run a wifi mesh and my router and modem is equip to handle that speed not to mention my cisco switch that I use to handle on my cable drop. I also provided the red sea support with all my specs and screen shots of my whole home network and stats. With that being said I enjoy the red sea product but after customer services not doing anything about it and blaming it on my network I feel like I just wasted close to a grand if not over a grand on both of these lights and it has not been a month old yet. Has anyone experience bad issues with Red Sea support before?
