Picked up my stuff... All crabs were dead. Everything else is cool though... What should I do?

I will send them an email and see what they can do. I bagged only live animals tho. (I checked each crab) But it's not a surprise some did not make it. the crabs were the only die off we had. around half of the total amount shipped were already dead. the crabs that died were completely out of their shells.

I lost 3 personally, plus your 8. this is not including all the left over crabs that were dead.

Did anyone else have any crabs die off? all the other livestock seemed to be perfectly fine. the snails went at it instantly.

Yeah all my snails are doing awesome!!! Just the crabs idk, were dead in the bag. I did nothing noobish or wrong to make them die, and if they ship you new ones I can't drive all the way out there for 8 tiny crabs lol
