We placed a big order and the snails were small, most of the hermits showed up dead, and their packing was horrible. They basically ship them dry with wet paper towels and the bags that did have water so little when I opened up the box it wreaked of death. Overall I am very disappointed and don't see myself ordering again.

sorry to hear about that... Their packaging isnt the best but I didnt have that much of a problem. They do have an arrive-live guarantee and they refunded my money on the few snails I lost.
