Replace my 175w halides or upgrade to 250s??

So I need to replace my bulbs and was wondering what I should do?

Replace my 175w 15k Iwasakis or upgrade the system to 250s.

1. If I go 250s, what bulb/ballast combo is recommended?

2. Will my lumenarc mini and moguls work for 250s?

I have 4 T5s to compliment the halides. I DO NOT like anything tinged yellow.

radium 20k for bulb, galaxy ballast, you could use the reflecter but might have to upgrade the mogul socket. dont quote me on this one. how high is the tank?
