Scratch removing brillo pad

I recall seeing what looked like a brillo pad/magnet device that could be used inside of a acrylic tank at RAP to remove small scratches inside a tank even when its filled with water. Does anyone remember the name of the product?

it probably was just a brillo pad. the guys that were showing it off were there to be hired for service not to sell a product
