Been thinking lately on ideas for stock for our new raceway we set up.
I love the idea of getting larger 7+ inch tangs for it but I thought about what it I throw 15 baby blue hippo tangs in it 🤔

Trying to think of cons and the only one I can come up with is aggression and young fish, so hardiness won’t be that high.
Raceway is 17 feet long so plenty of room to swim.

I dunno I love the look of convict tangs. They probably need a ton of food though but would be dope to have a big school of those in one display.

With a tank that size, I would do 10 baby hippos, 10 baby purples and 10 baby yellows and one large blonde naso with streamers.

It’s very difficult to get your hands on baby purples or yellows or really any baby tangs besides blue’s. Really only looking for utility players who will continually eat algea but at the same time not bring to much aggression as the size increases.

Tomini tangs are really good grazers, Along with lavenders.

I have 12 tangs in my 187g and I find the more the merrier. The aggression seems to fade away as they don’t know who to pick on
My tang list
Powder blue
2 regal blues
2 purples
3 lavenders
Clown
2 Tomini
Unicorn
