wonder if it's built by ATM.. :p

the leak was half way up the tank, so it's not like the tank was gonna be totally dry. i'm sure the livestock survived ok.

ATM makes acrylic tanks. ATM = Acrylic Tank Manufacturing. While none of us like the setups the make for the show, per customer request, they seem to be quite successful so they must be doing something right ;)

Immediate death isn't the only kind. The stress of crowding that many fish in the part of the aquarium that still has water along with less oxygenation and heavier breathing could cause dammage that won't kill the fish immediately but potentially weaken it to attack by ich/parasites. These tanks are typically already overcrowded and the design of the faux-ral doesn't give them too many hiding spots as it is. I always hate seeing the dammage on the fish in these tanks from aggression.

Anyways...I hope they were able to get a service company out there asap to rescue the livestock.
