Tank Cycle

I bought some LR from a local reefer who had taken down his tank and kept it in a bin with heater, pump and air. Rock looks nice. Will I still get a cycle from the rocks? I was thinking about moving my nano over to the other tank soon since I am using my old lights over my nano at the moment. I mainly have zoanthids, LPS, toadstool, and some Montipora caps/digis and a frag of Jedi Mind Trick.

Is it safe to move my corals over or should I wait?
