So, I have the day off and want to spend it checking out new stores and stocking the tank. I'm free all day so I don't mind driving. Shoot me your favorites, even not so favorites lol. Anywhere in the la or oc area. I've been to reef lounge, vivid and Sps coral store.

Hahaha well I mainly frequent Coral Gazers in Tustin since its down the street from my place.

I've been meaning to check out the new Coral Collection spot, also Iconic Reef in Huntington.

Tong's has a bunch of fish and coral to look at.

+1 for @ Ellis aquatics in Compton worth the drive!!! I live in culver city and have driven all over south Cali , from coral collection in i.e. To vivid in the valley NO other place can come close to the prices and selection of coral !! Just my 2 cents . Ps don't let my post count fool u I've been Reefing since 2003

for acropora, iconic reef in hb is the best ive found, they have like 50 different colonies in 2 tanks one led and one t5 so you can see what they look like under each light, and they'll frag most colonies for you

IRC in HB has some great deals and 2 nice sps tanks.

Seaside is good, great fish selection

Coral Gazers is great

Coral Collection is a little out of the way from the rest, but well worth the trip.

Amazing Aquariums is just that. Some of the cleanest displays ive seen out of a LFS

My go to is A Piece of the Ocean in Lakewood.

San Diego got some really nice stores. A must to check out is Aqua SD. Great store with tons of nice corals
