mike,

not sure of the survival rate at that size but as long as it gets food I don't really see any problem. Feeding is the biggest issue I see due to size.

Oh as for food small guppy but im looking for another source. Thinking ghost shrimp (SW type) or live mysis (i have some in my tank but not in any large amount. I'll probably be ordering some live mysis but their are probably not shipping now due to the heat. Might do enriched live brine but keeping the brine alive has always been my problem.

An update:

I setup a 6gal tank for it with water and LR from my 30gal and move everything over last night. This morning it was no where in sight lol that guy is so tiny in the 6gal with rock. I hope he is fine. I'll keep this thread post for progress.

lol sps no kidding lol im having a hard time feeding it that is why I started a 6gal for it with LR and water from the 30 since its full of pod and mysis. Im still looking to get more mysis to increase the live and food for it in the tank.

i had one. on rc its in my avitar taking out a red flame angel. did they have more? o when moving them dont net them or expose them to air. they get these air bubble on them and die. just in case you did not know. you need to feed him frozen food bro get some tongs like for cooking and waive the food around him. till he goes for it. they are awesome fish.

I plan to switch to frozen food later but its super tiny right now lol. Yulp I move him via containor no air contact I hope. That was their one and only one. I want a larger one lol would be so much easier to feed. I hope I see him tonight since I couldn't find him this morning.

Kevin,

Yes i know they can get stuff the own length. hehehe that is still pretty small still in the way of feeder.

Arr that little bugger I was looking for it earlier and it was right in front of the rock 15mins later I notice it. Sitting in a semi shade it look like those red patch on LR of course I try to see if it was in the holes, back, under, side of the LR.
