It doesn't matter who makes it, what matters is the type of material being used. Silver reflects 95% of the visible spectrum, and you lose 5% or more with aluminum, unless its coated with silver.

It's mirror finished aluminum. I don't know if it is coated with silver but the product as a whole works great to eliminate shadowing from LEDs which was the point of the original post.
