red sea coral pro is high in alk,cal, and mag. i have been using it for about 2 years and havent had any problems.

so its better i am gonna switch to it i rather use something organic than synthetic i was only using it because i had four boxes that came when i bought my 90 gal tank

I'm pretty sure IO is mined/evaporated salt too. Most of the evaporated salts are from the same source with the difference coming from what is added to the salts. Red Sea Coral Pro have quite a few additional trace elements added to it in addition to the high alk/calc.
