hello to all, i guess it comes in three's. the 1st a ballast gone bad and now my skimmer. the pump stopped working on my skimmer and its about a 1yr old. how long are they suppose to last? i spent some coin on this and would expect it to last more than a year.

I never trust chinese skimmer. Ask him for refund to buy Bubble King or ATB.

WM has the best customer service. I asked for some rubber knobs for the ends of the pump stand and Jon is mailing it to me for free. what a guy. WM rules.

I have emailed him and he has yet to get back, I even sent two more emails to fallow up just in case and its been a week. No luck
