Looking at the video to me(high flow guy) you could use more flow.....nice aquascaping +1 looks like a few areas that could be blocked from the flow you have. You should not have much settling in your DT in theory check your flow design/ as you add too:)

Assuming this was directed to me, I agree 100%. Because the tank is a peninsula, and the end is rounded, it's very difficult to have powerheads anywhere besides the one small end that backs up to the wall and not have it be a huge eye sore and look horrible. I think that's part of my problem. And maybe that I have a lot of LR.

Thanks for your input Mace :)

A wave box may be your answer? As you know we have a builder of them here at SCR for the WP40.

Your welcome!
You don't mean that Emac dirtbag do you? Lol jk...

The WP pumps are controllable and create a wave in the tank. How would a wave box help more than what I have now? I'm not being a smart a$$. I'm seriously asking. :)

I was just thinking the action could help get movement where it may not be now and help lift up your particulate matter into your water column? This thinking is based upon your flow placement limitation's. I may be off other views for sure:)

First things first I said u got broken 40's or your a** backwards power out in bfe is causing them to not run right. One 40 should b pushing water out of that tank. But o no I possibly couldn't b right cause I'm not a ReefBullet and couldn't possibly know what I'm talking about.

Second. Dirtbag, really dirtbag! I thought we friends. I'd rather b a douchebag then a dirtbag. 😉

I don't know how many times I've tried to explain this. Just take my word when I say they help eliminate dead zones.

I got my replacement 6055 tunze pump back from Roger for repair after it stop working. Fast turn around and best customer support. It's nice to have lots of flow in my tank my corals missed it. Now I need to make sure I cleaned my pumps at least every 2-3months to avoid calcium buildup.

injected with garlic, sour/bitter orange juice, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cumin seed ground fresh, a little chile. Also put in a sealed bag with lots of marinade. Going into a "caja China" for approx 6-8 hours.
