That doesn't look like a lubbocks. Lubbock doesn't have a white belly. Check out the link I text you with those guys are always spot on with wrasse id

Looks like it could be a Yellow Fin Fairy wrasse to me but hard to tell from the picture. Yellow Fin's have a very stout body.
