Found this on the sandbed while doing maintenance. What is it? Good or bad?

Sorry to tell you its really bad specially if you like clams and snail syphon him out. Just make sure it doesn't break apart because it can multiply like that

I found one deep in a rock a long while back when I was fragging. It was the size of a 50 cent piece like that one. I must have gotten lucky as I didn't have any snail or clam deaths after I found and tossed it.
