So, when it comes to cleaning anything, my go to utensil is a bottle brush. I love it for cleaning just about anything, from musical instruments, to inside corners of furniture, to aquarium equipment, to dishes in the sink - especially stem ware.
Now, as you could imagine, i don't use the same bottle brush around the house. The cheap ones go into the musical instrument cases, and the Expensive one goes in my fish cabinet.
Unless i make a mistake.
I was cleaning my skimmer in the kitchen sink late Thursday evening and forgett to put my nice bottle brush back in the drawer.
So now, everyone has been doing dishes with the aquarium brush.
I don't really mind. I've eaten my fair share of sea water, but I'm not putting it back into one of the tanks, but now my wife is praising the high quality bottle brush.
I plan on "misplacing it" into the trashcan, but what would you do?
