There are a few local in san diego that don't sell for much cheaper than that. I went with TAP plastics, got a 24"x24" for just under 30 inc ship IIRC. Arrived well packaged.
The other cheaper alternative is to look up your local university's machine shop. I also went to mine to pick up some for like $11.xx per sq. foot. Hope this helps a bit.
