White tiny animals??????

I noticed these animals today moving around in my aquarium wall. Does anybody know what they are and are they harmful?

i thought mysid shrimp were freshwater....?

my tomato clown and blue tang are having a feast with these animals.

i get big blooms of them in my tank.i think they are some kind of shrimp.my fish always eat them in a day or so.
