yea to get it for 199.00 u have to be eligible for an upgrade if ur not eligible you can still buy the phone but at full cost whatever that is

wahoo. i got mine. store was almost basiclly sold out. so happy to replace my broken palm treo. 2 hours in line and just caught the bubble. 3 people after me got one and then sold out. crazy. brock i will be calling you soon lol

giggles that sucks. i am on a business sponsership and went through right away. i guess i got lucky. i heard new york had tons of problems. which one did you get? i had to settle for a black 8 meg. wanted white but no big deal?
