Hey cesar, your local fish store should have some. I wouldn't worry too much about quality as they all tend to rust and get stuck over time. there were some awesome bone cutters back in the day but they don't sell them anymore. I see people with them from time to time but I don't recall who makes them

Can one just use wire cutters?
That's what I use. Channel Lock brand they have the blue handle grips, got them from HD. I just rinse them with tap water after and dry them out with a towl. No rust on them so far.
