WTB Adjustable Heater

Looking to buy an adjustable, used heater around 25w (lower or higher is fine) for $5. I'm asking for $5 because I am flexible about meeting anywhere between Mission Viejo and Tustin, and will pay $6 extra for shipping. MUST be adjustable, preferably capable of maintaining a temperature of 70 degrees.
