Real, as In lineaged to who? From what little I know, there are about 3 or 4 "real" versions. It all depends on who the seller is. That's a fact.
Here's my version. .. bring the other 4 over and we can compare who's look better.

I know that Ray actually gets them from Preston. He has at least 2 or 3 different strains. I'm sure he's lurking on here so I'll wait for him to answer.

I just re read a thread on R2R that talks all about it. There are claims of a half dozen but only like 4 are what people consider legit. What's the lineage to the ones Snipersps sells?

I saw this description and wanted to copy it here....

A couple of things to tell a true bowser are the following:

- Needs to have a hint of green in the skirt.... Hard to see but there should be just a little in there
- Needs to have a definitive Red to orange to yellow ring on the disk going into a neon green center.
- Needs to have yellow spots in the center of the disk.... This is the one that throws people off all the time. If it does not have definitive yellow speckles then it is not a bowser.
- A bright blue mouth
- Sheer brightness.... Everything mentioned above should be almost flourescent.

How does that differ from the picture I posted...just for $hits and giggles let's hear it..

Jay's bowser is the original strain and dream corals is strain "2". People started to see that the strain was different so they were traded under a different name. Most notable was Ktar's wahhhhhla magics which is said to be the same as dream corals strain.

The original bowser is a Zoa, not a paly. Bowsers are also not very big just like Zoa's. Preston and I had a long discission about them at RAP.

Tittle says it all show me what you got

What is the lineage of your flaming Mohicans? Sorry to chime in like that.

I reliazed there is some knock off Mohicans going around in Socali lately. A peep pointed me to an ebay auction of flaming Mohican that was going for 150pp (start bidding). However, those were not even the real deal, but the vendor labeled em otherwise. The collectors who bought the Mohicans from me then asked him the lineage and he claimed that he got those from the same person like I did. Apparently it was another lie there. I surely hope by telling this would prevent those knock off Mohicans from spreading, especially at that kind of price point. I also don't think it is fair to trade for some other collector paly when there is no the real lineage. Idk this is just my little 2 cents lol

There is a long waiting list for my DC bowsers, so sorry about it.

I do trade intensively LOL

I believe the only "real" ones are from Jason (jay painter). I could be wrong tho.

Yea I got it from jay back then and I got some from jeremy at dream corals that I verified he got it straight from jay. Not selling just enjoying them in my collection. :)
