the only polyp i know that takes that much time are the true old school PPE... the ones with dark faces...

Would cat eyes take that long to reproduced. And only grow 1/8 full grown. all my other zoas grow and this one looks the same.

I have something that look the same and it's called green people eaters. Could be wrong but looks similar.
