Cody, since you've just bought it, I would probably go exchange for another unit. Seems like this unit might gives you many troubles down the road. Best is to exchange it while you still can.
If you're willing you can bring it to my place in moreno valley and figure everything out. We can hook up the eb8 to my controller or your controller to my eb8. But it might be easier to swap it out for a new one

Don't use the dumb app... Go sign into fusion on your phone an then save the bookmark to your home screen ... Its way better cause all you do is click the icon and it logs you in and puts you at the control board.
Cody, if you also have vortech pumps running in your system, might want to consider getting a wxm. This module will let you control your radion and vortech through fusion.
