Yeah. Are you sure your t5s are plugged in the right outlet?

Try turning on your light on and off in fusion to double check.

Yes Outlet 1 is my T5Main, I triple checked last night. And had my wife just check she was plugging the cord into Outlet 1.

I tried that when I was on the phone with her and the outlet went from ON, to OFF on Fusion, but the lights were still ON.

Another person is suggesting to cycle the power on the apex... and that new programming kicks in at Midnight?

"Because the Apex program restarts at Midnight, the programming may not kick in until the next clock cycle. You can enter the code and then cycle power on the Apex. That should start the new programming. "

What you could if you have a drop light or something similar is plug it into each outlet and switch the T5 outlet on and off one at a time until you find the one being controlled.

Try unplugging the brain from the eb8 and then unplug the eb8 from the outlet. Wait 30 seconds and plug in the power then plug in the brain again

If you can't figure it out by tonight then I might be in the area tomorrow and can possibly stop by to help. No promises that it'll be fixed though

Too funny, remember the guy you were all laughing at that was taking Neptune to court for faulty "new" EB8's?
Oh man that was about Eb8s? That's freaking classic.

Yeah gonna send it to them today they said turnaround should be pretty quick.

Thanks for the help guys.

Sucks I have to pay to ship it though... but I want it now and don't want to return the whole thing and drive 100 miles back to SPS coral store. Although I won some corals that I'll have to go back anyways... oh well.

Actually that does suck you have to pay shipping. In warranty they should cover that
