I am setting up a 40 breeder. I'm lost n don't know where to start. I've never ran a sump in all my years. So what size overflow box should I even consider using. I did just make a call and got quoted $60 for a 8x4 1/2 x 6 ..... Just lost any direction would be appreciated.

Bout the best pic I could snag. The acro next to it is purple for color reference. The acro is bright pink body with pink polyps. The bottom rim is neon green and new growth of tips are also the same neon green. Any help appreciated.

100 % blue , n 75% on white/other colors 10 hours a day n I turn off all the whites about an hour before the lights switch to my moonlights 37gal tall tank. Also just the basic corallife timer. I have the reefbreeders value fixture by the way...
