I would stay away from miracle mud - the fine debris slowly gets accumulated in the main tank and makes everything dirty. No experience with DSB - just going BB now.

Do you have it connected to a GFCI outlet - makes it safer and you can easily eliminate the offending device.

Bristle worms can be helpful but sometimes they can get out of control and grow huge. NOt easy to catch them or get rid of.

Chiller temp says 76.5 although my measured temp is 79. Perhaps I need to set the chiller lower.

I used to have one and then I removed it and i have not noticed any difference. If u are getting one just make sure you get a good brand. You don't want a water leak from a poor uv sterilizer
