I ended up drying out the one that I found. Maybe I should tape it to the side of the tank and lure out the other ones with a false sense of security.

Hi, I just saw this on my tank glass yesterday in the back wall and couldn't really see it. Now it's on a piece of live rock and it looks like a starfish to me. Is this a friend or foe?

Yeah taking out rocks, draining aquarium is not an option for me either. I made a trap, but man my fish is just way too smart and too fast. He's still scratching away though....... looking right at me too.
