    for lighting im running 2 250w coralvue 20,000k mogul bulbs with electronic ballast, with 2 65w 450nm actinic pc bulbs. Ps160 protein skimmer. Catalina 1500 return pump. 2 koralina 3 hydors. I only add aminos once or twice a week and ph buffer.

    Very nice guys keep the answers coming. I forgot to add my input i prefer to keep my alkalinity at 9-10. Maybe i should start vodka dosing like Reef Planet said. Which is the best? Grey goose, or Smirnoff, or Absolute? Lol i Hope people really dont try to dose their tank with vodka.

    no it was all white when i got the rock. When i fist started last january 2008 it was not even fully cured. I also switch it around from time to time. I dont even add calcium.
