Maybe it's just me but my water appears to be more clear, almost as if I were running carbon.

I think UV really does work for some thing. I've also notice that my water is clearer. I don't run carbon. Here's a sideways shot

Day 50 of running UV... UV lightbulb burned out. I don't think I'm going to replace the bulb. I want to give ozone a try with my next setup.

How much is it costing you to use it and what all are you doing? Do you like it? Where do you think it helps the most? Sorry for all the questions lol

its costing me however much it costs to run maxijet 1200. I'm just running a zeovit reactor with 1 liter of zeolith rock. Im also dosing a mixture of vodka and vinegar to feed the bacteria in the reactor. I haven't really dosed bacteria in a while. I need to get on that. I like it, if anything i think it helps feed the corals because i get a good feeding response when i shake the rock.
